No action needs to be taken for the fix to be applied. To check if you have received the fix, review your contact list to confirm duplicates have been removed. To help you get rid of these duplicates, we have released a fix which will automatically clean up your contact list. This fix will clean up Outlook Fix resource center duplicate contacts for end users starting August 9, 2023. Rollout of the fix to all users will take few weeks, so, some users may see the fix applied by the end of September. |

There are three steps you can take to try to get Outlook working again. When you are unable to log into the add-in, or the add-in does not load correctly, uninstall then reinstall the add-in. We have multiple tools to help you automatically diagnose an issue, troubleshoot, and fix problems with Outlook. If you are having problems with Outlook, there are a few things we can help with to get you back to sending and receiving your email. |

In the Search box, type the name or email address of a person or a keyword you want to search for, and press Enter or select . Restore the add-ins one at a time until the problem does occur to determine which add-in is causing the problem. Make sure that the latest updates for Outlook are installed. You can view more than one calendar at a time, add other calendars, choose which calendar to display, and create new calendars. Currently, you can't use Outlook on Windows to edit calendars that are shared with your Outlook.com account, even if you've reconnected your Outlook.com account to Outlook. We're working to make it possible to edit shared calendars in Outlook 2016 for Windows. We have recently received some reports of users who are experiencing issues with subscribing to .ics/ical calendars. This fix will also lead to a reduction in the total number of contacts on your contact list. We will ensure that all information is retained and only contacts with matching information in all fields will be cleaned up. |
